1.Competitive Analysis

Research and assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors.

2.User Mental Modelling

Understanding the user thought process and behaviour and identifying user expectations and to reduce confusion and frustration.

3.Task Analysis

Identify the user actions and thought processes required for an improved flow structure for a user to complete a task or achieve a goal.

4.Storyboarding

visual depict scenario mapping with storyboards can highlight potential gaps and keep discussion focused on the user.

5.Wireframing

wireframe is a skeleton of the page that shows organised and prioritised elements on the screen. This is a great opportunity to obtain feedback from users and team members.

6.Prototyping

Get users involved early in the design process with quick prototyping to identify issues based on usability and interaction.

7.Style Guide & Visual Design

Using the detailed wireframe and user flow to create pixel perfect concepts. Style guide is essential to streamline design process and to keep style consistency.

8.UI Development

Using my frontend skill like HTML, CSS and Javascript to bring life to my concepts. Utilising simple functionality and interface feedback to help user goals.

9.User Testing
